$1.00 per thousand between 5,001 and 9,000 gallons

NOTE: ACCOUNT DISCONNECTED 3 TIMES WITHIN 1 YEAR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 DEPOIST, ALONG WITH PAST DUE AMOUNT AND RECONNECTION FEES BEFORE SERVICES WILL BE RESTORED.

If you need an interpreter, please inform the court at least 72 hours before your court date to allow time to process your request.

 If you have missed court please call as soon as possible to have your court date reset to avoid having a warrant issued for your arrest.

Payments:

We accept: Cash, Pre-Printed Checks with a valid Texas Drivers License, Money Orders, and credit card payments.

Payment Plans are available:

1.  You must plead Guilty or Nolo Contrendre (No Contest)

2. You must appear in person at the Court Window to sign plea form and payment plan

3.  If you cannot afford to pay you must complete a financial statement and request Community Service.

4. If you cannot perform Community Service you must appear before the Judge.

To keep a citation off your driving record you may request a Drivers Safety Course.

To Qualify for a Drivers Safety Course you cannot have a CDL, you must have a Texas Drivers License and Insurance.  You must submit a copy of your driving record with your certificate of completion to be compliant.
